Dr Debjyoti Dutta is a renowned Pain Physician and one of the leading practitioners of Interventional Pain Medicine in Eastern India. With extensive clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of acute pain, chronic pain, cancer pain, and complex pain disorders, he has dedicated his career to helping patients regain comfort, mobility, and quality of life through evidence-based, minimally invasive pain management techniques.

Dr. Dutta completed his MBBS with Honours from Medical College, Kolkata, followed by an MD in Anaesthesiology from King George's Medical University, Lucknow, one of India's premier medical institutions. He subsequently pursued specialized training in Pain Medicine and obtained a Fellowship in Pain Management from R.G. Kar Medical College, Kolkata, under the West Bengal University of Health Sciences (WBUHS).

To further advance his expertise in Interventional Pain Medicine, Dr. Dutta earned the prestigious Fellowship in Interventional Pain Practice (FIPP) from the World Institute of Pain (WIP), USA, in Miami, Florida. The FIPP qualification is internationally recognized as one of the highest credentials in the field of Interventional Pain Management and reflects advanced proficiency in image-guided pain procedures.

Prior to establishing Samobathi Pain Clinic, Dr. Dutta served as an Assistant Professor and was In-Charge of the Pain Clinic at the College of Medicine & JNM Hospital, Kalyani, where he played a significant role in patient care, medical education, and the development of pain management services.

He is currently associated with Samobathi Pain Clinic, Kolkata, and Fortis Hospital, Kolkata, where he provides comprehensive evaluation and treatment for patients suffering from various painful conditions.
